Trade Liberalization and Small Economies

This presentation was commissioned by the Trade and Integration Network of the Regional Policy Dialogue for the 3rd Hemispheric Meeting celebrated on March 19th and 20th, 2002. This presentation discusses constraints in adjusting to changes in the global trade regime; assessment of the effectiveness of existing and proposed measures for small economies; international trading arrangements and international financial arrangements for countries with small economies.
