Poverty-Fighting System (PFS): Self-assessment and Strategic Analysis Exercise: Case Study Colombia

This presentation from the National Department of Planning of Colombia contains: a self-assessment of the National Development Plan as well as governance and coordination of the Poverty-Fighting System (PFS). Also formed is strategic analysis of the opportunities and hurdles encountered and also the activities focused on strengthening the public management. This presentation was commissioned by the Poverty Reduction and Social Protection Network of the Regional Policy Dialogue for the 8th Hemispheric Meeting celebrated on April 24th and 25th, 2003.
