Opportunities and Challenges in the Development and Use of Skills and Occupation Taxonomies in Latin America

The rapid transformation of labor markets in Latin America, driven by digitalization and productive transition, calls for innovative tools to anticipate and manage skills demand. This technical note examines the strategic role of occupational and skills taxonomies as key instruments to identify gaps, guide public policies, and improve employability.
