This is the fourth independent evaluation of the Bank’s country program with Mexico. This approach paper defines the approach and sets out the main evaluation parameters for the CPE. It focuses on the financial and non-financial relevance of the CS and country program as well as the implementation and effectiveness of the program and its efficiency and sustainability.
