This Brochure describes the activities of the IDB's Transparency Fund. The objective of the Transparency Fund is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Bank¿s borrowing member countries to support the design and implementation of policies, mechanisms, and practices that promote access to information and targeted transparency.
