This Toolkit is intended to provide concrete guidance on how to mainstreamgender throughout the project cycle in Multilateral Investment
Fund (MIF) projects. These tools are suggested for practical guidance
and are by no means exhaustive. While the Gender Toolkit provides general guidance, there are multiple examples related to how gender can be mainstreamed into each of the MIF's three strategic areas: Knowledge Economy (KE), Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA), and Inclusive Cities (IC).
