Country Program Evaluation: Colombia (1998-2006)

This Country Program Evaluation for Colombia (RE-337) analyzes the results obtained by the Bank during the period 1998-2006. The purpose is to improve the effectiveness of the Bank's programming and future operations in the country. Its conclusions reflect on trends in the country's development issues and the Bank's action in their regard. This approach makes it possible to highlight pending challenges and the Bank's potential contribution to addressing them on the one hand and, on the other, to identify the lessons learned from the Bank's activities to improve their linkage and impact in Colombia.
