New Horizons for Trade and Investment: Strategies for the Gulf Countries and Latin America and the Caribbean

The goal of this report is to discuss the current and prospective level of bilateral trade and investment flows between Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) alliance, distinguishing for the latter the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the other GCC members (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman).
