This document contains an analysis of more than 6.2 million digital job vacancies across 15 Latin American countries between 2022 and 2025. It shows a slowdown in job postings, along with demand dominated by administrative, commercial, and service occupations that require intermediate to relatively high levels of preparation. Although knowledge-intensive sectors such as professional services, finance, and information continue to grow and lead the demand for digital skills, the rapid increase in vacancies related to artificial intelligence (AI) in 2025 stands out, reflecting the technological transformation of multiple sectors. The supply of remote work remains limited but shows signs of recovery, concentrated in higher education, data analysis, and technology. Overall, the results reveal a labor market in transition, where traditional jobs coexist with a growing need for digital and technological skills for the new economy.
