| dc.description.abstract | This paper presents the main findings of the 2023 edition of the OECD/IDB Digital Government Index (DGI) for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), which benchmarks the efforts made by 23 governments in the region to establish the foundations necessary for a coherent and human-centred digital transformation of the public sector. Results show that LAC countries are advancing in the right direction. Yet, progress is uneven and significant efforts are still required to fully harness the benefits of the digital transformation and mitigate its potential risks. |
