dc.description.abstractThis paper explores the Brazilian State of Paranás urban development fund in financing municipal infrastructure. It seeks to address two main questions: the success of Paranás Municipal Finance System (SFM) in financing infrastructure and institutional development and providing technical assistance and the SFMs contribution to national economic objectives.
