| dc.description.abstract | The focused analysis on gender and diversity is a tool that allows water and sanitation operators to assess the degree to which gender equality and diversity inclusion practices have been institutionalized within the organization. The results make it possible to establish a baseline that identifies and quantifies gender gaps and areas for action to address them. Likewise, the analysis enables benchmarking with other operators in the sector. |
