dc.description.abstractThis is OVE's fifth full validation of the progress made in implementing its recommendations under the IDB Group's Evaluation Recommendation Tracking System (ReTS) and the third self-standing report. The ReTS is a system designed to periodically provide the Boards of Executive Directors of the IDB and IDB Invest with timely information on the action taken by Management, the progress made, and the challenges encountered in implementing the OVE recommendations that the Boards endorsed. Assessing to what extent recommendations have been addressed is essential for institutional accountability.
