| dc.description.abstract | This is a reference resource to guide and promote the planning, design and implementation of projects and initiatives that improve road safety in travels to and from schools in the Latin America and Caribbean region. The implementation of a Safe Routes to School project will depend on its scale and the goals that are set at the local level. It is important to point out that each solution must be adapted to its own context, so this document is not intended to be a methodology, but a presentation of elements, tools and recommendations based on the Latin American context. |
