Electric power companies are being affected by the pandemic, not only because of the obligation to protect their employees and their families but also because of the need to maintain service provision in a reliable and safe manner. In this transition phase, in which the reduction or elimination of measures that limit the mobility of people has begun, companies are obliged to have safety, protection, and hygiene protocols for workers. Likewise, electric power companies must have plans and projects for its immediate implementation. This document formulates a set of considerations to get out of confinement and advance to a fully operational and commercial operation.
