dc.description.abstractThe year 2019 marked the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE) 20-year anniversary of promoting a culture of measuring development results for the Inter-American Development Bank Group (IDB Group). This 2019 Annual Report is organized in two sections. The first section reports on the products and results from the 2019 Work Plan and highlights the future orientations for the 2020/21 Work Plan. The second section summarizes OVEs work over the last 20 years offering examples that illustrate OVEs specific contribution to the processes of learning and institutional improvement.
