| dc.description.abstract | Bus rapid transit (BRT) systems have become an increasingly popular approach to addressing mobility and environmental problems in urban areas in Latin America and around the world. Building on OVE's recent evaluation, this analysis of BRT Systems and Poverty in Cali and Lima aims to expand the aforementioned evaluation of the BRT project results with respect to their objectives of improving mobility and access for the poor. |
