dc.description.abstractAfter analyzing logistics links between the ports of Cartagena (Colombia), Veracruz (Mexico) and Panama (Balboa and Colon) and their hinterlands, this study describes infrastructure restrictions as well as operational and institutional challenges for logistics development in Latin America and the Caribbean, and proposes guidelines and policy recommendations.
