dc.description.abstractRecognizing corruption as a serious threat to economic growth, social equity, and good governance, the IDB signed an agreement in March of 2007 with the Government of Norway for the establishment of the Bank's first Anticorruption Activities Fund. This report summarizes the principal activities, the methodology, and the results obtained by the AAF technical team during the AAF's preparatory activities phase.
