This is consistent with Management view, that in 2002, informed the Board that "To optimize the use of our scarce resources, [The Bank] consider[s] it important that the nature, scope, and cost of these activities be fully understood and that they be subjected to the same standards of review, quality control, and evaluation as other Bank activities." |
