dc.description.abstractThis discussion paper addresses a study undertook a cross-country survey of nearly 300 exporters. The object of the survey was to determine what types of services exporters actually used, which ones had the greatest impact on their export growth, and who provided these services. This presentation was prepared for the Conference "Building A Modern and Effective Business Development Services Industry In Latin America and the Caribbean" held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on March 3rd-5th, 1999.
