| dc.description.abstract | Presentation delivered during the Tercer Encuentro Técnico de Capacitación en Materia de Estructuración de Proyectos de Asociación Público Privada, celebrated in Mérida, Yucatán, México, during February 20, 21, and 22. The goals that are being set for this Cluster are improving the capacity in Latin American and Caribbean countries to plan and implement infrastructure Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) at the national, state and community levels, and to expand access to, and improve quality of, basic services through PPPs - particularly Pro-Poor PPPs. This presentation briefly describes the activities that are being considered to meet the aforementioned goals and lists some projects in the region that are already in motion for this purpose. |
