dc.description.abstractPresentation delivered during the event "Experiencias de Provisión y Financiamiento de Infraestructura bajo Asociaciones Público Privadas ", held at the Inter-American Development Bank headquarters, Washington D.C. , USA, during December 8-9, 2005. It describes the Portuguese project involving the design, construction/widening, O&M, and financing of 167 Km of motorway and associated infrastructure along the existing East-West IP5 road, connecting the city of Aveiro (Central West Coast) with Vilar Formoso, on the Spanish Border.
