dc.description.abstractThe Social Inclusion Trust Fund is intended to support sustained and integrated programs and policies to address social inclusion in the IDB and in Latin America and the Caribbean member countries. Meeting this objective entails dedicated resources to increase awareness among governments in the region regarding the importance of social inclusion as a development objective. This annual report details the activities of the Fund in 2007. A total of 47 proposals were eligible for support and the Bank approved 12 projects for a total of US$780,500 in fund resources.
