Drawing on more than two decades of collaboration between Korea and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in advancing digital education across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), this report identifies and details South Korean digital and AI-powered education solutions that can help address educational challenges in the region. Co-developed by the IDB Education Division and the Korea Digital Education Frontiers Association (KEFA) and supported by the Korea Trust Fund, the report presents a curated catalogue of 40 South Korean EdTech solutions relevant to LAC and proposes a three-stage pathway for adoption and scale-up: matchmaking, pilot implementation, and system integration.
