As part of its 2016 work plan, the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE) is preparing the country program evaluation (CPE) for Guatemala covering the 2012-2016 period. This approach paper establishes the scope of the evaluation. This CPE is OVE's fourth evaluation of the program with Guatemala.
