Infrastructure for Regional Co-operation

In this presentation, the author discusses regional co-operation among countries in Asia. Preferential trade and investment agreements are discussed as well as the goal to strengthen structural reform and aid in international competitiveness. This presentation was presented at the Third Annual Latin America/Caribbean and Asia/Pacific Economics and Business Association (LAEBA) Meeting held in Seoul, South Korea on November 16th, 2006.
