Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)

This report includes a description of the country context and developmental challenges, the a discussion on IDB's strategic engagement with Barbados and the program implementation, an evaluation of the effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the program, and a set of conclusions and recommendations.
