AB  - OpportunA is an IDB Group initiative that accelerates public policy reforms and the adoption of best practices in the private sector to expand economic opportunities for women and other underrepresented groups across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Building on more than a decade of experience from the Gender Parity Initiatives (GPIs), OpportunA offers a flexible acceleration model that fosters public-private dialogue, interinstitutional coordination, network building, and resource mobilization to address each country's specific priorities and context.
