It analyzes mathematical models, artificial intelligencebased approaches, and methodologies that integrate social vulnerability and governance. Platforms such as CAPRA, CLIMADA, IN-CORE, HAZUS, InaSAFE, RiskScape, and OASIS are compared based on criteria including accessibility, scientific validation, flexibility, developer community, and compatibility with global data. Among the evaluated tools, CLIMADA stands out for its ability to incorporate climate change scenarios and analyze adaptation measures through a modular, open-science approach. The review highlights the importance of integrating social and governance factors for a more comprehensive risk assessment, aimed at strengthening resilience and guiding strategic investments. The analysis provides a technical foundation for selecting robust and applicable platforms across diverse contexts in Latin America and the Caribbean. UR - https://doi.org/10.18235/0013697 ER -
