It aims to support creative teams to develop new ways of working, expand and foster relationships, and build strategies to sustain their enterprises. CO.NECTA has been designed for creative teams to dip in and out as needed. It is made up of three modules: Building Your Creative Team, Building Your Relationships, and Building Your Sustainable Enterprise. Each module, section, and learning objective stands independently from one another. Through this module, you will reconnect with one another. Whether you are a reasonably new team or have worked together for years, this module will help you get reacquainted as individuals, create a healthy team culture, and develop better working habits.
