AB  - The second document in the Best Practices Series of the PLAC Network provides a practical set of guidelines to help regulators and supervisors design and implement legal, regulatory and supervision frameworks of the pension pay-out or decumulation phase in order to incorporate a comprehensive risk assessment model. The guidelines seek to be consistent with other standards and guidelines, but adapted to the particular circumstances of the member countries of the PLAC Network.
