AB  - This document presents the Country Program Evaluation (CPE) conducted by the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE) for the IDB Group Country Strategy with the Plurinational State of Bolivia (Bolivia) for the period 2016-2020. This is OVE's fifth independent evaluation of the IDB Group country program with Bolivia. In preparing this document, OVE analyzed the country's economic and social indicators, reviewed project documents, and conducted interviews with Bolivian authorities, project execution units, members of civil society and the private sector, Bank managers who supervise the program with Bolivia, and IDB Group staff in the Country Office and at Headquarters. In addition, the team visited several projects supported by the IDB Group to evaluate the challenges and progress in implementing them. OVE conducted the evaluation from July 2019 to April 2020.
