AB  - As part of its work program, the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE) of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) submits this country program evaluation (CPE) for the IDB Groups country strategy with Panama for the period 2015-2019. The CPE evaluates the IDB Groups relationship with the country, the effectiveness and value added of the country program, and the sustainability of the results achieved, with a view to developing useful recommendations for the IDB Groups new country strategy with Panama. This is OVEs fourth independent evaluation of the IDBs program with Panama.
