AB  - This will be the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE)s fifth independent evaluation of the IDB Group program with Bolivia. This approach paper defines the scope, methodology, and timeline for the Country Program Evaluation (CPE) for the 2016-2020 period, which will serve as an input for preparing the new country strategy with Bolivia for 2021-2025. the CPE will analyze the IDB Groups relationship with the country from an independent and holistic perspective, with particular reference to the programs relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability. The analysis will cover both financial and nonfinancial products offered by the IDB Group during the period concerned.
