AB  - As part of its 2019 annual work plan, the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE) has prepared the evaluation of the country program of the Inter-American Development Bank Group (IDBG) with Mexico during 2013-2018. This is the fourth independent evaluation of the Bank's country program with Mexico. The evaluation period was marked by the introduction of wide-ranging structural reforms, the need for reforms was driven by long-standing and worsening problems in numerous areas. This Country program Evaluation is also the first for Mexico that covers operations of the former Inter-American Development Corporation (IIC), because OVEs oversight mandate has been extended to IIC (now IDB Invest) since the 2016 consolidation of IDBGs non-sovereign guaranteed windows (AG-9/15).
