AB  - In this fourth issue of the series "The future of work in Latin America and the Caribbean" we explore what the future will be like for women in the workforce. First, we highlight that while both men and women may lose their jobs in the digital revolution, women are at greater risk from automation. Then, we explore the potential of the gig economy to overcome some of the barriers that hinder women's participation in the labor market.
