AB  - The objective of the evaluation is to analyze the production, use and influence of the Impact Evaluations (IE) included in IDB loan, technical cooperation (TC), and economic and sector work (ESW) operations approved between 2006 and 2016. OVE will analyze not only the production of IEs and the system in place for this purpose, but also the use and influence of the completed evaluations. OVE will also take into consideration the evolution of the IE proposed over time, by analyzing the proposals included in the loan documents, TCs and ESWs.
