AB  - The objective of the evaluation will be to assess the relevance, implementation, and effectiveness of the Bank's support to agricultural development in the region since 2002, with a particular emphasis on projects that aim to increase productivity, competitiveness, and incomes for farmers. To evaluate project implementation and effectiveness, OVE will focus primarily on a set of representative projects; and to evaluate relevance it will use country case studies. Findings will seek to identify factors that affect the success of various types of interventions in different contexts and to provide recommendations on how the Bank can enhance its support for the sector.
