AB  - As part of its 2014 annual work plan, the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE) is preparing the evaluation of the country program with Jamaica for the period 2009-2014. This paper sets out the proposed approach to and methodology for the planned Country Program Evaluation (CPE), which represents the third occasion on which OVE evaluates the Bank's program with Jamaica. Past evaluations covered the periods 1990-2002 (RE-310, October 2005) and 2003-2008 (RE-365, June 2010).
