abstract = {Caribbean Development Dynamics 2026: Investing in Sustainable and Resilient Development is a joint flagship report by the OECD Development Centre and the Inter-American Development Bank. It examines how to promote more sustainable and resilient development across Caribbean countries by increasing the quantity and quality of investment in the face of heightened climate risks, fiscal constraints and structural vulnerabilities. Drawing on new, comparable country data, the report identifies policy priorities to build resilience, mobilize longterm finance and close infrastructure gaps. It highlights the importance of building resilient infrastructure and early warning systems; strengthening institutional and statistical capacities; and deepening regional integration and international cooperation. The report also underscores the role of innovative financing instruments, development banks and public-private partnerships in financing investment and unlocking the potential of sectors such as sustainable tourism and transport, the blue economy, sustainable agriculture and renewable energy.},
