abstract = {In recent decades the IDB has made a substantial effort to increase the resources, and improve the institutional capacity and arrangements, to deliver knowledge products. This report reviews the IDB’s institutional arrangements, financing, and performance in generating and delivering knowledge activities. For a multilateral development bank like the IDBG, the knowledge it generates, acquires, and disseminates should aim to improve the design of development interventions (policies and programs) that are supported directly by the institution or implemented by Bank clients.},
